Appearance;;
Never before has such a drastic contrast been seen than any time Blaze makes his way through the coldest, snowiest parts of his territory. His black coat stands out like a sore thumb against the white landscape, no matter the time of day. The majority of his brilliant peltage is black, but his chest has a white triangle on it that is tinged with a bit of orange, kind of like a flame. Across his back and midriff are golden stripes that take on a fiery appearance when Blaze runs. His eyes glow a light, almost grey brown and captivate others, for when he gets angry they go a deadly shade of gray that matches the darker areas of shadows.
He's not the largest brute around, standing at only four feet if his fur is on edge, but his regal and graceful movements and posture are enough to intemidate any wolf capable of feeling the slightest tinge of fear. His paws are large and his claws sharp, black, and deadly. His ivorie canines can crush bones and muscles alike and are used to their full potential at all times. They have saved his life before, and he feels they will do so again if ever he needed them.
His muscles ripple with every step, giving him a sort of wavering appearance, as though the fire element that flows through is veins gave him the appearance of itself. His liquid actions are a dead giveaway to the passion he feels for his lands and his pack members, but reveal nothing else, for his speed and long legs will have already carried him away.
Personality;;
The main thing that one will learn about the Icis alpha is his temper. He's a smart wolf on a short fuse, and anyone who's been in is presence for more than a few seconds will know how laid-back but easily set off he is. Blaze isn't a wolf to jump to conclusions, but he will not forgive a mistake, nor will he forget a name. He holds grudges, but the main way to stay away from that is to stay on his good side.
For the most part, Blaze really is a smooth, easy-going brute who, to be quite honest, has a way of captivating the femmes. His cool and calm personality is a bit of an attraction, and is a dead giveaway that he's angry. Blaze is so easy-going that if he gets even the slightest bit irked, you will know. Holding his temper isn't his strong suit, and Blaze has little self-control when it comes to others intruding in on his terra. He dislikes being bothered, but he dislikes even more a challenge to his authority.
He's not ruthless, but Blaze is quite unfeeling to any and all who've done him wrong. He won't hesitate to lash out, although he tries to avoid killing for as long as possible. His deadly strength and abilities are typically far surpassing of others, and he tends to think that he has been given a gift and doesn't like others seeing it for no reason.
History;;
Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, you're doing it wrong. Some lash out because of this; others fall into a depression where they talk to no one. A small fae by the name of Narla went through this, and she reacted neither way; Narla was determined to get through her tough times with a positive attitude, even if it killed her. Deciding that it would be much easier to stay positive with others around, she followed her heart to the lands known as the Icis pack lands where she met Buttan, the alpha of the time.
It took a bit of convincing, but Buttan allowed Narla to join his ranks after deciding that the femme wasn't a threat to his lands or his solitude. But in all actuality, she was. The alpha of the Icis pack fell in love with Narla and togther they had four pups: Mikah, Nubos, Thrash, and Blaze. Of the four pups, Mikah was the only female and oddly enough she was the largest. She was always the bully of the pups, her personality as harsh as the landscape they lived in. When their father passed away and it came time to decide on a new heir, the four were pitted against each other. All odds pointed to Mikah.
Determined not to let his sister best him, Blaze faught her even after his two brothers had been killed. He hated the thought of the Icis pack being run by someone cruel and corrupt and was determined to maintain the pack's overall neutrality. Using an underhanded trick at the very last moment, Blaze defeated his sister Mikah and took his position as alpha.
RP Example;;
(From a post of mine on Veloc!ty)
Gleaming ivories clamped down on the branch as tight as possible. Kira's heart pounded, a thump-thump that was almost perfectly in sync with the harsh roaring thud of water crashing upon water. Her eyes were as wide as pebbles, scared of losing her betess' or her own life.
Kira's ivory claws dug themselves into the soil, arching her back and bracing her shoulders to better hold Saphira's weight. Saphira wasn't fat; far from it. But she was large, muscular, and weighed more than Kira did, she realized as she began to slide forward. She searched around frantically for something, anything, to help the two femmes get out of this situation. Of course I have to pick the choice that means I probably lose my life too. she thought bitterly. Kira braced her entire body, taking on the weight of both Saphira and herself.
The spray from the Falls was powerful enough that the mist from the water below was now coating Kira, meaning that her eyes were also getting a nice big blast of the spray. Wincing and trying not to let go of the branch, Kira backed up another step. He muscles strained, and her heart nearly stopped when she heard a loud resounding crack! come from the branch. It was breaking.
Fear, horror, panic, and other unexplainable feelings flooded Kira's heart as she stared at the breaking log. Her orbs fluttered up to Saphira's orbs, which were full of determination and fear. Kira gave another heave, praying that the log wouldn't break and cause Saphira to fall. Whatever happened in the next instant felt like it took an eternity to happen. Kira's eyes snapped shut in harsh determination, and she stepped back as carefully as she could. The last thing she remembered was the resounding crack once again, the feeling of falling, and praying that Saphira had made it safely onto the top of the Falls, for she then toppled onto her side, no longer able to see the Falls, her betess, or anything but the night sky.
